Terms and Conditions Rirabh Interiors Regulations

Welcome to Rirabh Interiors. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of our website,services, and products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

Range of Services

Rirabh Interiors provides interior design services including but not limited to consulting, design, project management, and product selection. The scope of the results of our services from the contractual conditions between Rirabh Interiors and the client.

Services Agreement

Both parties will enter into a Services Agreement (“Agreement”) detailing the scope of work and pricing for the Services. Any additional work or change in scope of work will require a written change order signed by both parties. A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of services.

Payment

Payment for the services provided is specified in the contract. Payment plans can be negotiated depending on the volume of work. Invoices are sent to the customer at the frequency specified in the contract

Cancellation and Refund

If the client cancels before work begins, the entire deposit will be refunded. Once the services have started, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining costs will be reimbursed in proportion to the work done.

Customer's Obligations

The Customer undertakes to provide the premises where the Services will be performed and any necessary permits. The customer is responsible for removing any existing furniture or items as required. The customer is responsible for notifying Rirabh Interiors of any changes or modifications to the project scope.

Limitation of Liability

Rirabh Interiors shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the Services, including but not limited to damage caused by third-party companies, furniture or product dealers, or acts of God.Rirabh Interiors is not responsible for any delays or changes due to events beyond our control including but not limited to material shortages, strikes, or weather conditions.

Intellectual property

All materials, designs, and concepts developed by Rirabh Interiors are the intellectual property of Rirabh Interiors. The customer may only use these documents for personal use and may not copy or distribute them without the written consent of Rirabh Interiors.

Resolution

Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time if the other party fails to perform its obligations under the Agreement. Upon termination, the Customer is responsible for any unpaid fees owed to Rirabh Interiors.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state Delhi NCR and Noida without prejudice to any conflict of law principles.

Modification of Terms

Rirabh Interiors reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
